In season 2 episode 13 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, host Guy Fieri takes viewers on a culinary tour of some of New Jersey's most beloved diners. From classic breakfast dishes to hearty sandwiches and home-style dinners, this episode has something to satisfy every craving.

First up is the Bendix Diner in Hasbrouck Heights. Next, Fieri heads to White Mana in Jersey City, where he gets a taste of New Jersey's famous sliders. These mini burgers are made with juicy, flavorful beef and served on soft, fluffy buns. Fieri tries several different varieties, including the classic slider topped with cheese and grilled onions, and the "hot" slider loaded with fiery spices.

At the Summit Diner in Summit, Fieri meets owner Jimmy Greberis, who has been running the diner for over 30 years. This cozy spot serves up all the classic diner dishes you love, from omelets and pancakes to roast beef and mashed potatoes. Fieri tries the famous corned beef hash, made with slow-cooked corned beef and crispy potatoes.

At the Vincentown Diner in Vincentown, Fieri gets a taste of New Jersey's famous pork roll. This cured meat is similar to Canadian bacon, but with a distinct flavor all its own. Fieri samples the pork roll sandwich, piled high with meat, cheese, and a fried egg. He also tries the Jersey-style disco fries, topped with gravy and melted cheese.

Finally, Fieri visits the Silver Coin Diner in Hammonton, where he tries some unique twists on classic diner dishes. The diner's signature burger is topped with creamy mac and cheese, while their breakfast special includes a waffle topped with fried chicken and syrup. Fieri also tries the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll, a crispy fried appetizer loaded with meat and cheese.

Throughout the episode, Fieri meets the passionate owners and chefs behind each of these beloved diners, and learns about the unique history and culture of New Jersey's diner scene. With plenty of delicious food and fascinating stories, this episode is sure to be a hit with fans of comfort food and diner culture alike.
