As Guy continues down the highway, he stops in Winslow, Arizona, to check out a diner that's been around since the 1920s. Guy is blown away by the dish, calling it "insane."

In Flagstaff, Arizona, Guy visits a cozy coffee shop that's been ranked as one of the best in the country. The shop's owner shows Guy how they brew their famous cold brew coffee, which is made using a unique Japanese drip method. Guy is impressed by the smooth, rich flavor of the coffee, and even picks up a bag of beans to take with him on the road.

The next stop on the trip is in Santa Monica, California, where Guy visits a popular Mexican restaurant that's been around for over 60 years.
