From a family-owned Mexican joint in Tuscon, Arizona, to a Southern breakfast spot in Savannah, Georgia, to a Hawaiian-style lunch stop in Las Vegas, Nevada, Fieri showcases the unique and delicious dishes that each establishment has to offer.

The first stop is El Charro Cafe in Tuscon, Arizona, where Fieri meets with owner Carlotta Flores to sample their famous carne seca. Made with sun-dried beef, this dish has been a staple at El Charro since it first opened in 1922. Flores shares the history of the restaurant and how her family's recipes have been passed down for generations.

Next up is Sisters of the New South in Savannah, Georgia. Fieri meets with owner Mashama Bailey to try some of their most popular Southern breakfast dishes. Bailey shares her passion for cooking and how she incorporates her own personal touch into each dish. Fieri savors each bite of their shrimp and grits, fried chicken and waffles, and homemade biscuits.

Fieri heads west to Las Vegas, Nevada, to check out Island Flavor, a Hawaiian-style lunch spot. Owner Allen Wong shares his story of how he brought the flavors of Hawaii to the mainland and created a loyal following of customers. Fieri tries their kalua pork, loco moco, and spam musubi, which are all customer favorites.

The final stop on the tour is in Austin, Texas, at Hoover's Cooking, a restaurant that has been serving up Southern comfort food since 1998. Fieri chats with owner Hoover Alexander about his passion for cooking and how he uses his family's recipes to create dishes like chicken fried steak, oxtail stew, and sweet potato pecan pie.

Throughout the episode, Fieri showcases not only the delicious food that each restaurant has to offer but also the stories and personalities behind each establishment. From family recipes passed down through generations to new twists on classic dishes, these locally-owned restaurants are sure to leave viewers craving a taste of their own "Local Flavor."
