Fieri heads west to Las Vegas, Nevada, to check out Island Flavor, a Hawaiian-style lunch spot. Fieri tries their kalua pork, loco moco, and spam musubi, which are all customer favorites.

The final stop on the tour is in Austin, Texas, at Hoover's Cooking, a restaurant that has been serving up Southern comfort food since 1998. Fieri chats with owner Hoover Alexander about his passion for cooking and how he uses his family's recipes to create dishes like chicken fried steak, oxtail stew, and sweet potato pecan pie.
