Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives season 2008 episode 18, titled "Diners You Sent Me To," takes viewers on a culinary journey across the United States. In this episode, host Guy Fieri revisits some of the most popular and highly recommended diners sent to him by fans of the show.

Guy kicks off the episode in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he visits The Faded Rose, a neighborhood gem that's been serving up Southern comfort food for over 25 years. He samples the restaurant's famous duck gumbo and shrimp and grits, both of which are full of flavor and spice.

Next up, Guy heads to Long Beach, California, to check out Joe Jost's, a local institution since 1924. The menu is simple but classic: egg salad sandwiches, pickled eggs, and cold beer. Guy tries the "special" sandwich, which features capicola, salami, and Swiss cheese on a French roll, and finishes off with a refreshing schooner of cold beer.

In Omaha, Nebraska, Guy visits The Diner, which is housed in a restored train car. The menu is huge and offers everything from burgers and salads to breakfast all day. Guy opts for the corned beef hash and eggs and is blown away by the delicious homemade hash.

In Chicago, Illinois, Guy checks out Schaller's Pump, a bar that's been around since the 1800s. The joint is known for its classic burger and beer, and Guy indulges accordingly. He also has a taste of the chili, which has been simmering in a pot for over 40 years.

The next stop on Guy's journey is Nashville, Tennessee, where he visits Arnold's Country Kitchen. This cafeteria-style restaurant has been serving up Southern eats for over 30 years. Guy tries the meat and three, which features a choice of meat and three sides, including some of the best fried chicken in town.

Guy then heads to Phoenix, Arizona, to visit Carolina's Mexican Food, a family-run restaurant that's been feeding the community for over 50 years. Guy tries the homemade tortillas and the carne asada, both of which are made from scratch and bursting with flavor.

The final stop on Guy's trip is Seattle, Washington, where he checks out the 5 Point Café. This dive bar has been serving up classics like burgers and fries for over 90 years. Guy tries the ultimate hangover cure, a hearty breakfast sandwich called the Hangover Helper.

Overall, "Diners You Sent Me To" is a fun and nostalgic trip down memory lane for fans of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Guy's enthusiasm for the food and the people who make it is infectious, making this episode a must-watch for foodies and casual viewers alike.
