Fieri also tries their famous Sink Sauce, a secret recipe that has been on the menu for years.

Fieri then heads to Kansas City, Missouri to visit a place called Cupini's. This Italian restaurant is known for its house-made pasta dishes, including their popular pumpkin ravioli. Owner Franco Cupini shows Fieri how they make the pasta from scratch, and Fieri gets a chance to try it out for himself.

In Salt Lake City, Utah, Fieri stops at The Red Iguana, a Mexican restaurant that has been a favorite in the community for over 30 years. He tries their famous mole dishes, including the Mole Negro and Mole Amarillo, and learns about the different types of mole and how they are made.

The last destination on Fieri's journey is a food truck in Portland, Oregon called The Dump Truck. This food truck is known for its dumplings, which are made from scratch and filled with unique flavor combinations such as pork and leek, and chicken and fig. Fieri also tries their popular steamed buns and learns about the inspiration behind their menu.
