Fieri samples the "Florida Gator Philly," which features tender alligator meat served on a soft hoagie roll.

Heading up to the Northeast, Fieri makes a visit to Peppermill Restaurant in Rochester, New York. Peppermill is a classic diner that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fieri enjoys their homemade corned beef hash, a stack of pancakes with syrup, and a Peppermill favorite, cinnamon roll French toast which is topped with a caramel cream cheese sauce.

Fieri's last stop is in Kansas City, Missouri, at a restaurant called Q39. Q39 is known for its award-winning barbecue dishes, including a brisket that is smoked for a full 18 hours. Fieri also samples their burnt ends, which are pork or beef cubes that are caramelized and seasoned with a spicy rub before being smoked.

Throughout the episode, Fieri not only highlights the incredible flavors and unique cooking techniques of each restaurant but also showcases the history and stories behind these establishments.
