Next up, Guy heads to Boston to check out one of the city's newest hotspots – Sweet Cheeks Q. Chef-owner Tiffani Faison oversees the kitchen at this BBQ joint, which serves up some of the best smoked meats in the area. Guy digs into their smoked brisket, pulled pork and fall-off-the-bone ribs, all of which are accompanied by delicious sides like mac and cheese and collard greens.
Continuing further into Boston, Guy makes a stop at Flour Bakery + Café. Owner Joanne Chang is a James Beard Award-winning pastry chef who has built up a loyal following for her delicious baked goods and sandwiches. Guy tries out their famous sticky buns as well as their roast beef sandwich, which is piled high with juicy meat and caramelized onions.
Leaving Boston and heading west, Guy arrives in Ludlow to visit the charming Cornerstone Café. Guy tries their famous corned beef hash, which is made in-house and served with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
Next, Guy makes his way to Cambridge to stop by the Clover Food Lab. This vegetarian fast-food joint is a favorite among locals, who love their creative approach to meat-free cuisine. Guy tries their BBQ seitan sandwich, which is a vegan take on a classic BBQ sandwich. The sandwich features seitan, a wheat-based protein that mimics the texture of meat, and is topped with slaw, pickles, and BBQ sauce.
Finally, Guy heads to Chicopee to check out Rumbleseat Bar and Grille. This neighborhood joint is known for its creative cocktails and hearty food. Guy tries their Rumbleburger, which is a massive burger topped with bacon, cheese, and onion rings.
