The last stop on Guy's journey is in Cleveland, Ohio at Melt Bar and Grilled. Melt has become a local sensation for their unique take on grilled cheese sandwiches. They use over 30 different cheeses and a variety of toppings to create gourmet sandwiches that have been featured on numerous food shows. Guy tries the "Godfather," a sandwich made with meatballs, marinara sauce, and provolone cheese.

Throughout the episode, Guy speaks with the families that run these restaurants and learns about the history and traditions that have made them successful. He also shares his signature enthusiasm and humor, making for an entertaining and informative viewing experience.

Overall, "Family Matters" showcases the importance of family in the restaurant industry and highlights the unique and delicious food that can be found in family-owned establishments.
