The first team to compete is from a restaurant in Portland, Oregon, called Pine State Biscuits. They are known for their Southern-style biscuits and gravy, as well as their fried chicken sandwiches. The second team is from a barbecue joint in Memphis, Tennessee, called The Bar-B-Q Shop. They are famous for their ribs and pulled pork, as well as their homemade barbecue sauce. The third and final team is from a seafood restaurant in Seattle, Washington, called The Crab Pot. They specialize in crab dishes, including their famous Seafeast, which is a combination of crab, mussels, clams, and shrimp served on a bed of steamed potatoes and corn.

The competition is split into three rounds: appetizers, entrees, and desserts. For the appetizer round, each team must create a dish that is both delicious and visually appealing. Pine State Biscuits creates a dish called the "Biscuit Benny," which is a take on eggs Benedict featuring their famous biscuits. The Bar-B-Q Shop makes a barbecue nacho dish with pulled pork, homemade chips, and cheese. The Crab Pot creates a seafood chowder with crab, clams, and shrimp.

For the entree round, each team must create a dish that showcases their specialty. Pine State Biscuits makes a fried chicken and biscuit dish with a spicy honey glaze. The Bar-B-Q Shop serves up a plate of ribs with their famous barbecue sauce. The Crab Pot creates a seafood feast complete with crab, clams, shrimp, and corn on the cob.

Finally, for the dessert round, each team must create a dish that is sweet and satisfying. Pine State Biscuits makes a biscuit bread pudding with bourbon sauce. The Bar-B-Q Shop creates a banana pudding with homemade vanilla wafers. The Crab Pot serves up a mixed berry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Throughout the episode, Guy Fieri tastes each dish and offers his commentary on the flavors and presentation of each team's creations. In the end, one team is crowned the "Triple D All Stars" and takes home the coveted trophy.

Overall, this episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is a fun and exciting competition between some of the best restaurants featured on the show. Viewers will enjoy watching the chefs create their signature dishes and seeing which team comes out on top.
