Fieri's final stop is in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he visits Bruges Waffles & Frites, a Belgian-style café that offers authentic Liège-style waffles and crispy Belgian fries. Fieri tries their signature "Liege waffles," which are made with a special dough and pearl sugar, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. He also tries their "poutine fries," which are topped with Belgian beef and beer gravy and squeaky cheese curds.
