The next stop on the tour is a restaurant in San Francisco that serves up a unique take on the classic fried chicken and waffles dish. The restaurant's version comes with a delectable cinnamon waffle and crispy fried chicken.
Guy then travels to a restaurant in Miami that serves up some of the best comfort food in the city. He tries out their famous Shrimp and Grits dish, which is made with juicy shrimp, creamy grits, and a bacon gravy. The episode then takes viewers to a barbecue joint in Oklahoma City that serves up some of the best smoked meats in town. Guy tries out their baby back ribs, which are smoked to perfection and served with a tangy barbeque sauce.
The tour wraps up with a visit to a restaurant in New Orleans that offers up some of the city's best Cajun cuisine. Guy tries out their famous Muffuletta sandwich, which is packed with ham, salami, mortadella, provolone cheese, and a delicious olive salad.
