Fieri also gets a taste of their smoky pork belly, which melts in your mouth with every bite.

At his final stop, Fieri heads to a popular food truck in Austin, Texas, that's known for its creative take on classic barbecue. He samples their famous beef brisket, which is slow-cooked for over 12 hours and served with a tangy barbecue sauce and a side of spicy pickles. Fieri also gets a taste of their innovative pork belly sliders, which are packed with flavor and topped with a kick of homemade hot sauce.

Throughout the episode, Fieri not only showcases the best beef, lamb and pig dishes around, but also highlights the stories and traditions behind each one.
