Guy Fieri is back with another episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and this time he's taking us on a culinary journey from Australian to Asian cuisine. In this episode, Guy travels across North America to showcase some of the best hidden gem eateries that serve up unique dishes inspired by both Australian and Asian flavors.

In the first segment, Guy visits a cozy café in Vancouver which has a touch of Australian cuisine infused with the local ingredients. The chef serves up a hearty breakfast burrito with Australian style bacon, grilled halloumi cheese and eggs. As the day progresses he dishes out other unique creations like his lamb burger with feta cheese and beetroot chutney, a classic Aussie meat pie and homemade sausage rolls that are guaranteed to make you drool.

Next up, Guy visits a family-run eatery that has taken Vietnamese cuisine to a whole new level by fusing it with Mexican flavors. This unique combination of flavors results in dishes like banh mi tacos which are a fusion of Vietnamese and Mexican cuisine, sizzling skewered pork belly, and refreshing summer salad bowls. Guy is blown away by how they have managed to blend the two cuisines together in a delicious way.

Guy then makes a stop at a BBQ joint in Texas that serves Asian inspired smokehouse dishes. The star dish of this place is their slow-cooked brisket bao that is served with pickled veggies and a hoisin sauce. The chef also offers up other dishes like sticky ribs, pulled pork sandwiches with spicy mayo, and a smoked chicken rice bowl that make this place a go-to destination for meat lovers.

In the next segment, Guy visits a Las Vegas restaurant that showcases modern Australian cuisine with a twist of Asian flavors. The executive chef has a unique take on seafood and offers a seafood tower with king crab, spiny lobster and ahi tuna sashimi with a ginger dressing that is amazing. Other dishes on the menu include Wagyu steak with bone marrow butter, avocado and sriracha, crispy pork belly and green papaya salad that are all packed with flavor.

Last but not least, Guy travels to a Korean-Mexican fusion food truck in San Francisco. The chef here serves up bold, flavorful dishes that have a unique combination of Korean and Mexican tastes. Guy tries their famous Korean fried chicken tacos, Korean BBQ beef burrito with spicy kimchi and cheese, and their Korean bulgogi bowl which is packed with flavor from the beef, vegetables and sweet chili sauce.

Overall, this episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is a must-watch for anyone who loves to explore new food destinations that blend Australian and Asian cuisines together in a delicious way.
