Belly, Beef and Bratwurst is the ninth episode of the 2019 season of the popular food show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives hosted by Guy Fieri. In this episode, Fieri sets out on a quest to discover the best belly pork, beef and bratwurst dishes in America. The first restaurant he visits is in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he meets up with chef Danny Schwartzman at his deli. Here Fieri is treated to an innovative twist on the classic reuben sandwich, with the addition of belly pork. Chef Danny also shares his recipe for homemade pastrami, a classic dish that has been passed down through generations. Fieri then takes a trip to Denver, Colorado, to a restaurant named Euclid Hall Bar and Kitchen, where they have some of the best beef dishes in the city. Here he samples a beef sloppy joe, made with a unique beer sauce, and their famous "brewer's board," a platter of house-made meats and cheeses named after the restaurant's brewing roots. The final stop on Fieri's quest is in Richmond, Virginia, where he discovers a family-owned business that has been making bratwursts for over 100 years. At Sausage Craft, Fieri gets a lesson on sausage-making from founder and owner Chris Mattera. He then samples their red beans and rice topped with andouille sausage, and a grilled bratwurst with house-made kraut and mustard. Throughout the episode, Fieri also shares his own tips and techniques for cooking pork belly, beef and bratwurst, making this a must-see for food enthusiasts.
