Belly, Beef and Bratwurst is the ninth episode of the 2019 season of the popular food show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives hosted by Guy Fieri. The final stop on Fieri's quest is in Richmond, Virginia, where he discovers a family-owned business that has been making bratwursts for over 100 years. At Sausage Craft, Fieri gets a lesson on sausage-making from founder and owner Chris Mattera. He then samples their red beans and rice topped with andouille sausage, and a grilled bratwurst with house-made kraut and mustard. Throughout the episode, Fieri also shares his own tips and techniques for cooking pork belly, beef and bratwurst, making this a must-see for food enthusiasts.
