For the final stop on the tour, Guy takes us to a shawarma stand in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where Chef Ghalib Saad is putting his own spin on the classic Middle Eastern dish. Guy tries the restaurant's signature shawarma, which is made with marinated lamb and beef, crispy fries, and a tangy garlic sauce, all wrapped up in a fluffy pita. He also samples the restaurant's falafel, which is made with a blend of chickpeas and spices and served with a fragrant tahini sauce.
