Guy Fieri is at it again with his trusty Camaro and insatiable appetite. In season 31, episode 10 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, titled "Southern To South American," he goes on a culinary journey through the deep south and into the flavors of South America.

The episode starts with Guy in Atlanta, Georgia at a restaurant called Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q. This barbecue joint is known for its Texas-style brisket and pork ribs, which they smoke for 18 hours. Along with the traditional barbecue, they also serve globally-inspired dishes like the "JapotleƱo," which is a smoked jalepeno stuffed with Japanese cream cheese and brisket.

Next, Guy heads to Charleston, South Carolina to visit a seafood spot called 167 Raw. This tiny restaurant is known for its fresh, raw oysters and lobster roll that is made with local lobster and a secret sauce. Guy also tries their "Hammerhead" sandwich, which is made with swordfish, avocado, and a homemade aioli sauce.

Moving on to Nashville, Tennessee, Guy stops at Biscuit Love. This restaurant specializes in Southern-style biscuits that come with everything from fried chicken to Southern ham and gravy. Their "Princess" dish is particularly popular, which is a biscuit topped with Nashville-style hot chicken, honey, and pickles.

From Nashville, Guy takes a trip to Miami, Florida to try some authentic Cuban food at El Rey De Las Fritas. This spot is famous for its "frita," a Cuban-style burger with a spicy chorizo patty, onions, and shoestring potatoes, all stuffed inside a Cuban roll. Guy tries the classic frita, as well as the "pollo" frita, which features a chicken patty instead of chorizo.

Next, Guy heads west to Austin, Texas to visit a food truck called Four Brothers. This truck is known for its unique flavors, particularly their "Mi Comida Latina" dish, which is a taco filled with black beans, roasted poblano peppers, and sweet plantain. Their "Broloaf" is also a popular option, which is a Texas-style meatloaf filled with chorizo and cheese.

Finally, Guy heads to Denver, Colorado to try out a South American restaurant called Super Mega Bien. This spot serves up dim sum-style dishes with South American flavors. Guy tries their "pancake de yuca," which is a crispy yuca pancake stuffed with pork belly and topped with avocado and aji salsa. He also samples their "asado" dish, which is a plate of South American-style ribs with a spicy chimichurri sauce.

Throughout the episode, Guy meets with the chefs and owners of each restaurant to learn more about the inspiration behind their dishes and the unique flavors they bring to the table. From Southern-style biscuits to Cuban fritas to South American dim sum, "Southern To South American" offers a diverse range of culinary experiences that are sure to leave viewers' stomachs rumbling.
