Ep 2. Their Own Way

He also samples their tamales, which are steamed in banana leaves for extra flavor.

As always, Guy chats with the owners and chefs of each restaurant to learn more about their unique approach to cooking. He also shares his own expertise and love of food with the audience, providing tips and tricks for creating the perfect meal at home.
