Eat St. is a food/travel show that follows host James Cunningham as he travels across North America in search of the best street food. James tries the Spicy Pork bowl and is blown away by the tender meat and bold flavors.

In Nashville, Tennessee, James stops by The Grilled Cheeserie truck. The Grilled Cheeserie specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, with unique fillings like pimento cheese and pulled pork. James tries the Southern Comfort sandwich with pimento cheese, mac and cheese, and bacon on sourdough bread. He says it's the ultimate comfort food.

Next, James travels to Portland, Oregon to visit the Viking Soul Food cart. Viking Soul Food serves traditional Norwegian dishes like lefse (a thin potato flatbread) with various toppings. James tries the Lutefisk, a traditional Norwegian dish of dried cod that has been soaked in lye. James is hesitant to try it but ends up enjoying the unique flavor.

Finally, James heads to Seattle, Washington to check out the Maximus/Minimus truck. Maxiumus/Minimus is a bright pink food truck that serves up pulled pork sandwiches and other BBQ dishes. James tries the Maximus sandwich, which features spicy pulled pork with a citrus slaw on a brioche bun. James loves the balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.

Overall, Yum Town USA is a delicious and fun episode of Eat St. that showcases some of the best food trucks and carts in the United States.
