In Eat St. season 5 episode 10, titled "A Side of Groovy," host James Cunningham travels to Nashville, Tennessee to check out some of the city's most unique food trucks and culinary creations.

The first stop on the tour is at The Grilled Cheeserie, where James samples some of the restaurant's signature grilled cheese sandwiches. In addition to classic options like the "gouda mac and chee" and "roasted tomato soup," The Grilled Cheeserie also offers a "Buffy" sandwich made with brie, buffalo chicken, and bacon.

Next up is Yardbird, a food truck that specializes in fried chicken and waffles. James tries their "hot chicken and waffles" dish, which features spicy fried chicken on top of a crispy waffle drizzled with maple syrup. Yardbird also offers a variety of homemade sauces and sides, such as collard greens and macaroni and cheese.

At the Banh Mi & Roll+ truck, James samples a variety of Vietnamese-inspired street food. Their signature dish is the Banh Mi sandwich, which consists of savory meats and pickled vegetables piled onto a crispy baguette. Other popular dishes include the pho noodle soup and the spring rolls filled with shrimp and pork.

The fourth stop on the tour is at The Rolling Feast, a food truck that serves up Southern favorites with a twist. James tries their "Memphis Minnie" sandwich, which features pulled pork, coleslaw, and barbecue sauce on a fresh bun. The Rolling Feast also offers vegetarian options, such as their "shroom burger" made with grilled portobello mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Finally, James visits the "I Love Roti" truck to sample some Caribbean cuisine. He tries the "chickpea curry roti," which is stuffed with a delicious mixture of chickpeas, potatoes, and curry spices. The truck also offers classic Caribbean dishes like jerk chicken and rice and peas.

Throughout the episode, James speaks with the food truck owners and learns about their unique culinary backgrounds and inspirations. He also highlights the vibrant food truck culture in Nashville and the city's growing reputation as a foodie destination. Whether you have a sweet tooth or a craving for savory dishes, "A Side of Groovy" has something for every food lover.
