In this episode of Food Paradise, we travel across America in search of the best steak dishes available. Starting in New York City and moving westward, we discover a multitude of different cooking styles and regional specialties that are sure to make your mouth water.

We begin our journey in the heart of Manhattan, where we sample the dry-aged ribeye at the famous Keens Steakhouse. This century-old establishment has become a pillar of the city's dining scene and is renowned for its classic, yet innovative takes on steak.

Next, we head down to Texas, where we find a unique twist on the classic steak experience. At Killen's Barbecue in Houston, they are known for their masterful smoked brisket, but it's their steaks that really steal the show. We try the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, a massive t-bone steak that is dry-aged for 45 days and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.

Heading further west, we land in Denver, Colorado, where we visit Guard and Grace, a modern American steakhouse with a creative menu that showcases the best of the region. Here, we try the Wagyu beef ribeye, expertly prepared and served with a side of truffle fries.

Continuing our journey, we arrive in Los Angeles, California, where we visit Pacific Dining Car, a classic old-school steakhouse that has been carving up prime cuts since 1921. Here, we feast on the Porterhouse, a massive 38-ounce steak that is served with a variety of sides and sauces.

Our final destination is Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where we visit the iconic Five O'Clock Steakhouse. Established in 1948, this retro-style steakhouse has been serving up classic cuts of meat for generations. We try their famous Garlic Butter Filet, a tender and richly flavored steak that is simply irresistible.

Throughout the episode, we also get insight from the chefs and owners of each restaurant, who explain their unique approach to steak and the secrets behind their success. From dry-aging to smoking to wood-fired ovens, each establishment has its own special technique that sets it apart from the rest.

In the end, we discover that while the definition of a great steak may vary from region to region, the love and care that goes into creating each dish is what truly sets these places apart. Whether you prefer a classic steakhouse experience or a more creative approach to this American staple, there's no denying that the steaks on this journey are some of the best in the country.
