Ep 4. New Day Rising

In episode 4 of season 3 of Gotham titled "New Day Rising," the city of Gotham is plunged into chaos once again with the emergence of a new gang who call themselves the Red Hood Gang. This gang has been causing a lot of havoc and have now become a major threat to the city, and it's up to Jim Gordon to get to the bottom of it before things get out of hand.

Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne is still dealing with the aftermath of his parents' murder and decides to take matters into his own hands by tracking down his parents' killer. However, his mission puts him in danger, and he finds himself facing his biggest challenge yet.

At the same time, Oswald Cobblepot, also known as the Penguin, is still trying to maintain his position as the city's crime boss. However, his authority is questioned by some of his underlings who feel that he is not doing enough to protect them from the new gang. As a result, Cobblepot is forced to take drastic measures to prove that he is still in charge.

Amidst all this chaos, Selina Kyle, also known as Cat, continues to struggle with her past and tries to come to terms with her new life of privilege. She also begins to question her loyalty to Bruce and wonders if she should tell him about her association with the gang.

Overall, episode 4 of season 3 of Gotham is an action-packed episode that sets the stage for what promises to be an explosive season. With new threats emerging and old alliances being tested, it's clear that the city of Gotham is in for a bumpy ride.
