Ep 3. Heat Run

The show Graceland follows a group of undercover agents who live together in a beach house located in Southern California. The house, called Graceland, is a safe haven for the agents to rest, relax, and gather intelligence on their assignments. Season 1, Episode 3 of Graceland is called "Heat Run."

The episode begins with Mike, an FBI agent, going on a jog with his neighbor, Abby. Abby is the daughter of a well-known drug dealer, and Mike is trying to get close to her in order to gather information on her father. During their run, Abby spots a man who has been following her, and Mike promises to investigate.

The rest of the episode focuses on the agents' efforts to investigate Abby's father and take down his drug operation. The team suspects that the drug production is taking place on a boat called the Aurora, which docks in the marina near Graceland.

The agents split up to gather more information. Mike and Charlie, a seasoned DEA agent, pose as a couple in order to get close to the Aurora's captain. Meanwhile, Paige, an ICE agent, befriends a woman who is working as a prostitute on the boat. Johnny, a customs agent, keeps an eye on the boat from a distance.

As the investigation heats up, tensions flare between the agents. Charlie is frustrated with Mike's lack of experience and begins to doubt his ability to handle the operation. Johnny is angry at Paige for putting herself in danger by befriending the prostitute on the boat.

Despite the interpersonal conflicts, the agents continue to gather evidence and work together to bring down Abby's father's drug operation. They discover a massive stash of drugs on the Aurora and work together to plan a raid.

The episode culminates in a tense showdown on the Aurora. The team rushes onto the boat and apprehends the men running the drug operation. However, they also discover that Abby's father is not actually involved in the operation. Instead, it is his former partner who has taken over the business.

The episode ends with the agents back at Graceland, reflecting on the operation. They have successfully taken down a major drug operation, but they also realize that they still have much to learn about working together as a team. As they head off to bed, it is clear that their work is far from over.
