There are children and adults alike, every where tuning into watch the latest episodes of their favorite anime series. Hiiro no Kakera: The Tamayori Princess Saga is no exception, it has all the bells and whistles of authentic Japanese anime, including magic, drama, adventure, and even romance. The story centers around a young girl who is responsible for her ancestor, Princess Tamayori's quest. That quest is something that is inherited. She lives with her grandmother, and her responsibility is shared with her five male personal guardians. They strive to seal the sword of Onikirimaru. During this mission they must face all kinds of deities, adversities, and enemies. This is just one of a long list of anime cartoons that have been created and all of these cartoons are extreme, intense, and filled with purpose. The way that anime is created in Japan is genius, it enhances what cartoons have been known to be about by incorporating real elements that are a true part of Japanese culture and folklore. This gives the viewer so many places to go with their imagination and provides a wonderment never before seen in the cartoons world. Hence the reason why anime crosses all age boundaries and adults are drawn to real drama, adventure, and hidden meanings behind the various styles for these anime cartoons. The success of manga and anime began with Dragon Ball one of the most successful animations of all time written by Akira Toriyama. The Dragon Ball series is also one of the longest running animations to air on television. In America it was followed up with Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Z Kai in the western hemisphere. No matter how you look at manga and or anime, Japan was ahead of it's time in creating the world of anime. This style of animation will surely go down in history.
