Yoga poses require the body to use micro-muscles and stretch these muscles. Doing hot yoga at home has the advantage of your being able to control the temperature. If you like the temperature in the room warm, then you warm your room. Others like to work up a sweat and they heat the room. However, you like to experience your hot yoga, you are in control of the temperature of the room.
