Jordan is the fifth episode of the sixteenth season of the Emmy award-winning documentary series Intervention, which airs on the A&E network. This heart-wrenching episode tells the story of a young woman named Jordan, who is struggling with addiction to the prescription opioid medication, Opana.

Jordan comes from a small town in Louisiana, where she grew up in a loving and supportive family. She had a happy childhood and was an excellent student. However, things started to go downhill when Jordan's mother was diagnosed with cancer when she was just 13 years old. Her mother's illness and subsequent death had a profound impact on Jordan and left her feeling lost and alone.

It wasn't until college that Jordan was introduced to opioids. She was prescribed painkillers after a dental procedure and quickly became hooked. Soon, Jordan was using every day, and her addiction spiraled out of control, eventually leading her to use heroin.

Jordan's family is aware of her addiction, but they struggle to cope with the reality of it. Her younger brother, Ryan, is particularly affected by his sister's struggles. He worries about her constantly and has even had to administer life-saving measures on more than one occasion when Jordan has overdosed.

In this episode of Intervention, viewers are introduced to Jordan's family, who are at their wits' end over their daughter's addiction. Her siblings, grandparents, and aunt all express their fears and sorrows over Jordan's addiction, wondering if every time they see her will be the last.

Jordan is in a toxic relationship with a boyfriend who also struggles with addiction, and they enable each other's drug use. She has lost multiple jobs and has had several run-ins with the law. Jordan's addiction is so severe that she has stolen money from her own family to buy drugs.

Jordan's family decides to stage an intervention, and things get emotional as loved ones gather to confront her about her addiction. Jordan is initially resistant and defensive, but as the people who care about her most express their pain and fear over her addiction, she begins to break down. She eventually agrees to attend a treatment program, and her family breathes a collective sigh of relief.

Throughout the episode, viewers are shown the ups and downs of Jordan's addiction and how it has affected her family. We see the pain and heartache of those who love her, and how desperate they are to help her overcome her addiction. We also see the struggles that Jordan herself faces in trying to overcome her addiction, as well as the moments of hope and determination she displays.

Overall, Jordan is a poignant and powerful episode of Intervention that highlights the devastating impact of addiction on both the individual suffering from it and the family members who are affected by it. It is a powerful reminder of the struggle that addiction can be and the importance of seeking help before it's too late.
