Kanamemo Season 1 Episode 3 Episode 3 - The First Smile

Episode 3 - The First Smile: Saki and Yume are tasked with delivering a package to an old woman deep in the mountains. The journey proves to be treacherous as they encounter various obstacles, including a broken bridge and a steep hill. During their journey, Yume reflects on her life before coming to live at the Kannagi household and the struggles she faced as a homeless orphan. The old woman they are delivering the package to shows them kindness and hospitality, and Yume is able to finally smile genuinely for the first time in a long time. Upon returning to the Kannagi household, Saki and Yume share their experience with the other girls and reflect on the importance of showing kindness and empathy towards others.
