Koutetsu Sangokushi is a Japanese anime show that is based on the Chinese classic novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, set in ancient China. This show is produced by SÅgÅ Vision and aired by AT-X. The first episode of the show aired on April 5, 2007, and the final episode aired on September 27, 2007. An OVA was later released on March 23, 2012.

The show features an all-star cast of voice actors, including Takehito Koyasu as Liu Bei, Mitsuki Saiga as Cao Cao, Akira Ishida as Zhuge Liang, and Mamoru Miyano as Sun Quan. The voice acting for each character is top-notch and helps to bring the story to life.

The story is set in the time of the Three Kingdoms, a period of Chinese history that lasted from 220 to 280 AD. The show follows the lives of three main characters: Liu Bei, Cao Cao, and Zhuge Liang. Liu Bei is a charismatic leader with a heart of gold, Cao Cao is a cunning and ruthless strategist, and Zhuge Liang is a wise and brilliant advisor.

At the beginning of the show, Liu Bei is a wandering warrior, looking for a way to help the people of China. He teams up with Zhang Fei, his sworn brother, and later, the two of them meet Guan Yu, a brave and loyal warrior. Together, they start a rebellion against the tyrannical warlords who control the land.

Meanwhile, Cao Cao is a powerful warlord who is determined to unify China under his rule. He is ruthless and cunning, and he will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. With the help of his trusted advisor, the beautiful and intelligent Diao Chan, he sets his sights on conquering the other warlords and becoming the ultimate ruler of China.

As the show progresses, Liu Bei and Cao Cao's paths cross, and they become bitter enemies. The two of them engage in several epic battles, each trying to gain the upper hand. Meanwhile, Zhuge Liang joins forces with Liu Bei and becomes his advisor. Together, they plot to overthrow Cao Cao and bring peace to the land.

The animation in this show is excellent. The characters are well-designed and the action scenes are thrilling. The battle scenes are especially impressive, with the armies of each warlord clashing in grand and sweeping battles. The music in the show is also very well-done, with a powerful and epic soundtrack that helps to create a sense of tension and excitement.
