Last Scandal is a romantic, comedic Korean television series that starred Choi Jin-sil in her final role. The show's main character is Hong Sun-hee, played by Choi Jin-sil. Sun-hee, who was once known as the prettiest girl in her class, is now a stressed, overworked house wife. She is married to a man who constantly builds up new debts that Sun-hee struggles to pay. However, Sun-hee never lets her husband bring her down. To earn more money, Sun-hee takes a job as a nanny for Song Jae-bin, a famous star. At first, Sun-hee and Jae-bin believe that they have never met before. However, it soon becomes apparent that Sun-hee knew Jae-bin in school, when he was known as Jang Dong-chul. Dong-chul and Sun-hee were actually romantically involved in their high school years, and Sun-hee considered Dong-chul to be her first love. Right away, old attractions between the pair begin to emerge. However, Sun-hee is now a married woman. She intends to remain loyal to her husband, despite his faults. Things change, though, when Sun-hee's husband decides to end their marriage. He has found a rich woman to take as his wife, and wants to leave Sun-hee so that he will be financially secure. Sun-hee is incredibly upset about the way her life has turned out. Luckily, she still has her job as a nanny at Dong-chul's. She eventually ends up living with Dong-chul, on the idea that this will make her job easier. As Dong-chul and Sun-hee get to know each other all over again, the two become closer. Memories from the past surface and it quickly becomes apparent that the feelings they once shared for each other are still there. Dong-chul and Sun-hee must now straighten out their lives so that they can discover whether they can live together as a couple.

Description

Last Scandal is a romantic, comedic Korean television series that starred Choi Jin-sil in her final role. The show's main character is Hong Sun-hee, played by Choi Jin-sil.
