Ep 15. Cassim's Answer

In Magi season 1 episode 15, titled Cassim's Answer, we see the continuation of the battle between the Fog Troupe and Aladdin, Alibaba, and Morgiana. The episode begins with Alibaba and Cassim finally facing off against each other. During the beginning of their fight, Cassim proves he's become a lot stronger since the last time they met. Throughout the fight, Alibaba tries to get Cassim to break through the spell that's been cast on him, explaining to him that they're not enemies, and that they're fighting for the same thing - to get rid of the corrupt Al-Thamen.

Meanwhile, Aladdin is still battling against the fan-wielding magician, Dunya. She's proven to be a tough opponent, but Aladdin is determined to defeat her and save the lives of the villagers that have been captured by the Fog Troupe. As he battles, he remembers words of wisdom from his mentor Ugo, and tries to use that knowledge to his advantage.

The fight scenes in this episode are intense and well-crafted, with each character using their unique abilities and tactics to try and gain the upper hand. Cassim in particular shows off his impressive sword skills, but it's clear that he's conflicted and unsure about which side he should be fighting for.

Throughout the episode, we also get some insight into Cassim's backstory and what motivates him. We learn that he and Alibaba were once childhood friends, and that they grew up in a harsh environment where they had to do whatever it took to survive. However, when Alibaba left to pursue his dream of becoming a prince, Cassim was left behind and felt betrayed.

As the episode progresses, Alibaba and Cassim's fight becomes increasingly intense, with both of them pushing themselves to their limits. However, Alibaba is eventually able to break through to Cassim, convincing him to join forces with him and Aladdin to take down Al-Thamen and the corrupt officials who are exploiting the people of Balbadd.

The episode ends with the group celebrating their victory and Cassim officially joining their cause. However, we also see hints that there are still challenges ahead, as Aladdin begins to sense the presence of something dark and foreboding lurking in the distance.

Overall, Cassim's Answer is a thrilling and action-packed episode, with some great character development and intriguing plot twists. It's a great reminder of why Magi is such a popular and critically acclaimed anime, and leaves the viewer eagerly anticipating what's to come next.
