Ep 1. Rebel Without a House

Real estate moguls Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, and Steve Gold are back and ready to take on the market.

The episode starts with Fredrik Eklund, who is in a rush to sell a $30 million penthouse in SoHo. After taking a client on a tour of the stunning property, Fredrik realizes that the space is not quite what the client is looking for. Now, he must find a way to pivot and keep the sale from falling apart, all while dealing with his own anxieties about becoming a father.

Meanwhile, Ryan Serhant is taking on a new challenge as he tries to sell a modern glass townhouse in Chelsea for $18 million, which was previously listed by another agent who couldn't sell it. Ryan is feeling the pressure to succeed where others have failed, so he calls on some innovative techniques to wow potential buyers, including using an Oculus Rift headset to give virtual tours of the space.

Lastly, Steve Gold is working on a quintessential New York apartment in TriBeCa, but he is having a hard time connecting with potential buyers. He decides to enlist the help of a feng shui expert to give the apartment a better energy flow and to make it more appealing to buyers. Steve also has his sights set on a new development project and begins scouting locations throughout the city.

With each agent facing different obstacles and challenges, "Rebel Without a House" sets the stage for another exciting season of Million Dollar Listing New York. We see the agents relying on their unique skills and expertise to navigate the tough and competitive New York real estate market, all while juggling their personal lives and the pressures that come with being a top broker in the city.
