Finally, they make a visit to the Buzzards Bay Brewing where they indulge in some local beer and chat with brewmaster Bill Russell about the process of making their award-winning beers. Pete Evans uses the beer to create a flavorful batter for chef Schlesinger's dessert of beer-battered apples with cinnamon and vanilla whipped cream.
