Ep 10. Wisconsin, Michigan

In this episode of A Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, host Pete Evans heads to the Midwest to explore the culinary scene in Wisconsin and Michigan. The first stop is at a historic farm in Wisconsin, where they meet up with Chef Tory Miller. There, they meet up with Chef Reuben Rosales, who prepares a succulent dish of roasted lamb with parsnip puree and a red wine reduction. They enjoy the meal while taking in the stunning views of the vineyard and Lake Michigan.
