Ep 10. Where's Buddy Sleeping?

Wheres Buddy Sleeping? is the tenth episode of the sixth season of My Big Fat Fabulous Life. In this chapter, Whitney Thore, the protagonist of the show, is concerned about her best friend and producer Buddy Bell's living arrangements. Buddy has been sleeping in Whitney's house for a couple of months, and Whitney thinks it's time for him to find a permanent place to call home. Whitney feels bad that Buddy doesn't have a stable home and that he crashes at her place all the time.

Whitney has been struggling with her mental health this season, and Buddy has been her support system. Whitney suggests that Buddy stays as a guest at her house for a little while, but Buddy is hesitant. He doesn't want to overstay his welcome and become a burden on Whitney.

The next day, Whitney and Buddy sit down for a heart-to-heart conversation. Whitney tells Buddy that she is worried about him and wants him to have a stable living arrangement. Buddy opens up to Whitney and tells her that he appreciates her concern, but he is an adult and can take care of himself. He also confides in Whitney about his fears of being alone and not having a support system. Whitney assures him that she is his friend and will always be there for him.

Later in the episode, Whitney has a group workout session with her dance team. She is feeling more confident and happy after her talk with Buddy. She acknowledges that she cannot control everything in her life or her friend's life. She realizes that she can be there for Buddy as a friend but cannot take responsibility for his living situation.

The episode ends with Buddy finding a perfect house for himself. Whitney is happy for him but also sad that he will no longer be living with her. Buddy promises to visit Whitney often, and she hugs him goodbye. The episode highlights the strong bond between Whitney and Buddy and how they support each other through thick and thin.
