Ep 8. Sink Or Swim

Whitney Thore is back for another episode of My Big Fat Fabulous Life season 8. In episode 8, titled "Sink Or Swim," Whitney is feeling overwhelmed with her ever-growing workload. Her business, No BS Active, has been booming lately, and Whitney is struggling to keep up with the demands of running her own company. On top of that, Whitney is feeling the pressure of her upcoming swimwear photoshoot, and she's not sure if she's ready to put herself out there in such a vulnerable way.

To help alleviate some of the stress, Whitney decides to take a break and head to the beach with her friends. Meanwhile, Tal and Ashley hit the water for some surfing lessons, but things don't go quite as planned when Tal takes a tumble and injures himself.

Back at home, Whitney's business partner Ryan is growing frustrated with her lack of communication and inability to keep up with the deadlines they've set for themselves.
