To ensure that her business is as sustainable as possible, Sashee has partnered with a farm in India to source her teas, providing training and support to the farmers, and ensuring that her business has minimal environmental impact. Danny gets to watch the production of Tea Drops happening and tries some the variety of flavors in the Tea Drops sampler.

Finally, Danny meets LaRayia Gaston, the founder of Lunch On Me, a non-profit that provides plant-based meals for the homeless in the Los Angeles area. Her commitment to the homeless communities in Los Angeles has helped to increase awareness about the issue of food scarcity, and the impact it has on health and wellbeing. In addition to providing meals, Lunch On Me is now transitioning to a zero-waste operation, thus demonstrating yet another commitment to the environment and sustainability.
