Olive and Popeye attend a convention and listen to the candidates campaign promises, and can't understand a thing they say. Olive decides that she should run for president and gets a scoff back from Popeye. She begins a musical spiel on why she should be running and asks the Secretary of Love to shoot his arrows into the fighting party members.
