Ep 3. Boss Moves

In Ready to Love season 3 episode 3, titled "Boss Moves," the remaining contestants are tested on their business acumen and ambition. Hosts Thomas "Nephew Tommy" Miles and Tommy Miles Jr. give the singles the opportunity to present their business ideas to a panel of experts, including acclaimed entrepreneurship coach Dr. Rohan Gilkes and successful entrepreneur Angela Benton.

As the contestants prepare for their pitches, tensions rise and alliances are formed. Some contestants opt for safe ideas while others take risks, all in the hopes of impressing the panel and their fellow singles. However, not everyone is successful in their presentations, and some may face the consequences of underperforming or lacking confidence in themselves.

Outside of the pitches, the contestants continue to navigate their relationships and connections. A new couple, Ashlee and Phil, continue to build their bond, but not without facing some bumps in the road. While Ashlee struggles to open up and be vulnerable, Phil is determined to break through her walls and show her his true intentions.

Meanwhile, some of the other singles experience setbacks in their romantic pursuits. Joel and Amber have a heart-to-heart conversation about their feelings for each other, but disagreements arise about their future plans. DeVaughn and Alexis also hit a rough patch as they struggle to find common ground and trust each other.

As the episode comes to an end, the singles must brace themselves for a new elimination. With the added pressure of their business pitches and the drama brewing within their relationships, tensions are high and anything can happen.
