Ep 7. Scrimmages

In season 2, episode 7 of Restaurant: Impossible, host Robert Irvine travels to Scrimmages, a sports bar and restaurant located in Wilmington, Delaware. The restaurant was opened in 2007 by owners Heather and Jim, but the business has been struggling financially and has accumulated a significant amount of debt.

Upon arrival, Robert discovers that the restaurant is in need of major renovations, as the space is outdated and cluttered. However, he remains determined to help Heather and Jim turn their business around and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

By the end of the episode, Scrimmages is transformed into a modern and inviting space, and the restaurant has received positive feedback from the local community. Heather and Jim are grateful for Robert's help and excited to continue running their business with the knowledge and resources they have gained through the experience.
