Ep 5. Soul Searching

A key concern is the lack of branding at Mamma D's, so Robert helps the sisters establish a uniform look and creates a new logo that ties the restaurant's image together.

The renovation is not easy and the sisters often resist, but Robert remains firm and helps them see how the changes are a significant improvement. At the end of the episode, a relaunch event is organized where the new and improved Mamma D's is revealed. Customers love the new look, and the reviews for the food and service are great, and the sisters are finally happy and motivated to keep the momentum going.
