Ep 5. Who Hires These People?

In Restaurant Stakeout season 2 episode 5, titled "Who Hires These People?", business owner Willie is struggling to keep his restaurant afloat. Located in a small town, Willie's Cafe used to be the go-to spot for locals and tourists alike, but now it's barely getting by. Enter host Willie Degel, who sets up a stakeout to observe what's really happening in the restaurant.

Meanwhile, front of house staff is given an etiquette refresher course to help them better serve customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

As the changes take effect, Willie begins to see positive results at his restaurant. Customers return and rave about the food, impressed by the noticeable improvements. Willie himself begins to take on a more active role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, gradually gaining confidence as he sees the benefits of his efforts.

In the end, Willie's Cafe is transformed from a struggling establishment into a thriving business. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, the restaurant is once again a beloved destination for locals and tourists alike.
