Hank is back in the Hamptons and is once again facing a medical mystery. Meanwhile, Evan is trying to navigate his new role as a stay-at-home dad while Paige is busy with her new job in Hong Kong. When Boris invites Evan to visit him in Hong Kong, Evan sees it as the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with his family. But when he arrives, he quickly realizes that his plans for a relaxing vacation have been derailed by a business opportunity that Boris has in mind. As Evan tries to fend off Boris's latest scheme, Hank struggles to diagnose his patient's mysterious medical ailment. With the clock ticking and no answers in sight, Hank turns to Divya for help.
