The episode begins with a cold open sketch that sees Jeff Richards portraying Fox News' Geraldo Rivera. In this sketch, Geraldo discusses the impending war with Iraq and interviews members of the military, including a live satellite feed with comedian Will Ferrell, who famously played President George W.
