In a Mirror, Darkly: Part 2 is the nineteenth episode of the fourth season of the show Star Trek: Enterprise. It is a continuation of the previous episode and the second part of a two-part story arc.

After successfully obtaining the weapon, the crew discovers a recording left by the former captain of the ISS Defiant, a ship from the Federation that crossed over to the Mirror Universe in a previous episode. The recording reveals that the Defiant was from a different timeline and that the Empire will be destroyed by a rebellion in the near future.

Captain Archer, who is now the captain of the ISS Enterprise, decides to use the weapon to prevent the rebellion and secure his own power. He orders his crew to prepare for an attack on Earth, which is the center of the Empire, and proclaims himself as the new Emperor.

However, not everyone on the ship supports Archer's plan. T'Pol, who is now the first officer, is conflicted between her loyalty to the Empire and her friendship with the deceased Captain Forrest, who was from the original timeline and had a different set of values. She secretly communicates with the Tholians and offers to help them destroy the Enterprise in exchange for sparing her life.

Meanwhile, Commander Tucker, who is now the chief engineer, discovers that the ship's primary reactor is about to overload. He tries to convince Archer to evacuate the ship, but Archer refuses to abandon his plans. Tucker then leads a mutiny against Archer and takes control of the ship with the help of the rebels.

In the final confrontation, the Tholians attack the Enterprise, and Tucker succeeds in activating the weapon and destroying the rebel ships. However, the weapon also causes a massive explosion that destroys the ship and kills most of the crew.

The episode ends with a scene from the original timeline, where the crew of the USS Defiant discovers the wreckage of the ISS Enterprise and realizes that their counterparts in the Mirror Universe were not as fortunate as them.
