Ep 4. Rise of the Old Masters

Ezra Bridger and the rest of the Rebel crew attempt to rescue Kanan Jarrus, a Jedi who has been imprisoned by the Galactic Empire for years. To do so, they must infiltrate an Imperial facility on Lothal. However, Kanan is not the Jedi he used to be. Having been locked away for so long, he has lost touch with the Force and is no longer the skilled warrior he once was. Meanwhile, the Empire sends its new Inquisitor, a powerful and deadly Jedi hunter, to track down and eliminate any remaining Jedi in the galaxy. As the rescue mission becomes more complicated, the Rebels must decide whether to risk everything to save Kanan or abandon him and focus on their greater mission to defeat the Empire. The episode explores the themes of redemption, loyalty, and the nature of the Force as the characters struggle to find their place in the galaxy and their purpose in the fight against the Empire. It sets up important plot points and character development for the rest of the season, laying the groundwork for future conflicts and introducing new challenges for the heroes to overcome.
