In Street Fighter II V season 1 episode 17, titled "The Despot's Commander," our heroes are still on their journey to find Ryu. Ken, Chun-Li, and Guile arrive at a seemingly peaceful town, yet they quickly realize that there is a tyrant ruling over it. The despot's commander, a terrifying man named Zochi, has taken over the town and is using it to fuel his own selfish desires.
As the trio enter the town, they are immediately confronted by Zochi's men. They quickly realize that they will have to fight their way through the town to get to Ryu's location. Ken takes on the first wave of soldiers, using his martial arts skills to quickly overpower them. Chun-Li and Guile follow behind, using their own unique abilities to fight off the rest of Zochi's forces.
While they are fighting, they notice a young boy watching them from atop a nearby rooftop. The boy quickly disappears before they can talk to him, but they sense that he is somehow connected to the situation. As they continue on their way, they encounter more and more of Zochi's men, each one more powerful than the last.
Eventually, they reach Zochi himself, who is a massive and imposing figure. He challenges them to a fight, and it quickly becomes clear that he is incredibly skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Despite this, Ken manages to land a few hits on him, causing Zochi to become even more enraged.
During the fight, the trio realize that the young boy they saw earlier is actually Zochi's son, and that he is being held captive somewhere in the town. Determined to save the boy, they continue to fight Zochi, eventually managing to knock him down and free the child.
With the boy safe, Zochi's hold over the town is broken, and the trio are able to leave in peace. However, they know that there are still many challenges to come on their journey, and they must stay vigilant at all times. As they continue on their way, they wonder what other dangers await them in this strange and unpredictable world.
