In Tari Tari season 1 episode 3 titled "Swinging and Meeting," the focus shifts to Konatsu Miyamoto, who is a member of the school choir and is determined to sing a solo for the upcoming cultural festival. She continues to rehearse her song in secret until classmate Sawa Okita catches her in the act.

Sawa invites Konatsu to join her at the local tennis club, where they meet Taichi Tanaka, a member of the school's badminton team who is struggling with the sport. Konatsu tries to help him improve, but her enthusiastic approach clashes with Taichi's more serious one. However, they eventually find a common ground and work together to improve their skills.

Meanwhile, the other members of the school choir are struggling to find their own solo performances for the cultural festival. They are pressured by the choir teacher to come up with something quickly, and tensions rise as they compete for the chance to shine on stage.

Konatsu, Sawa, and Taichi eventually come up with a plan to help the choir members by holding a joint performance with the badminton and tennis clubs. They invite the choir to sing while they play their respective sports, creating a unique and entertaining show for the audience.

As the episode comes to a close, Konatsu realizes her dream of singing a solo at the cultural festival may not come true, but she is determined to keep trying. Meanwhile, Sawa continues to struggle with her family's expectations for her future, and Taichi learns to let go of his perfectionism and enjoy the sport he loves. The episode ends on a hopeful note as the characters continue on their individual journeys of self-discovery and friendship.
