Tari Tari is a heartwarming and touching anime series that follows the lives of five high school students as they navigate through the ups and downs of their teenage years. The five students come from different backgrounds but share a common love for music, which brings them together to form a choir and perform in a school competition.

The protagonist of the series is Wakana Sakai (Asami Seto), a reserved and introverted girl who has lost her mother and is struggling to come to terms with her grief. She is a talented musician but has given up on music since her mother's death. Through her interactions with the other members of the choir, Wakana gradually starts to open up and find joy in music once again.

Konatsu Miyamoto (Ayahi Takagaki) is a spirited and enthusiastic girl who is determined to start a choir club at their school. She is the driving force behind the group and does everything in her power to ensure it succeeds. Despite her outgoing nature, Konatsu harbours insecurities about her singing abilities and is often self-conscious about her performances.

Sawa Okita (Saori Hayami) is a popular and athletic girl who comes from a family of horse trainers. She is passionate about horse riding but also loves singing and joins the choir to pursue her musical interests. Sawa is a gentle and supportive friend who often provides a soothing presence for her peers.

Taichi Tanaka (Natsuki Hanae) is a charismatic and confident boy who is liked by everyone. He is a skilled football player but also has a love for singing and joins the choir to showcase his talents. Taichi is a loyal friend and often serves as a mediator between his peers.

Finally, there is Atsuhiro "Wien" Maeda (Nobunaga Shimazaki), a transfer student from Austria who speaks broken Japanese and has a fascination with Japanese culture. Wien is a quirky and eccentric character who brings a unique energy to the group. Although he struggles to communicate with his peers, Wien is a valued member of the choir and is always eager to participate in performances.

Throughout the series, the five students face various challenges and obstacles both personally and as a group. They confront issues such as insecurity, loss, fear of failure, and family pressure, but through the power of music, they find the courage to overcome these hurdles together.

The animation in Tari Tari is stunning, with vibrant colours and beautiful landscapes that evoke a strong sense of nostalgia for viewers. The music is also a standout aspect of the series, with each episode featuring a different song that is expertly woven into the narrative. The voice acting is excellent, capturing the unique personalities and emotions of each character.

Overall, Tari Tari is a moving and inspiring anime series that celebrates the power of music to heal and bring people together. Through the stories of its endearing characters, the series explores important themes of friendship, self-discovery, and perseverance. It is a must-watch for anyone who loves a good coming-of-age story with heart and soul.
