As Ryoko starts to cause chaos on Earth, Tenchi learns that he is descended from a powerful alien royal family and becomes embroiled in the galaxy-wide conflict between the Jurai and Tsunami empires. Along the way, Tenchi is joined by Ayeka, who seeks to restore her family's honor, and Mihoshi, who is hot on Ryoko's trail as a member of the Galaxy Police.
