Steve interviews several current and former employees who confirm the activity they've seen or experienced in the theater.

Amy and Steve come together to share their findings with the theater’s staff and tell them what they both believe is happening in the building. Amy believes that the female spirit she picked up on is the performer who died in the fire. The spirit has become attached to the theater, and her presence is causing the strange occurrences. Steve also reveals that the man who started the fire was a custodian who was fired from the theater. He believes that the man’s spirit is still present and is responsible for some of the activity.

To try and resolve the haunting, Amy performs a ritual that includes smudging the theater and communicating with the spirits. She reaches out to the female performer and tells her that it’s time for her to move on and leave the theater.
