As a result of a fire outbreak at the home of a wealthy family in Palm Glade, the possibility of arson was high on the list of suspects. Join Detective Jim Longworth and his team in season 1 episode 12 of The Glades titled "Exposed" as they investigate the death of the family's eldest daughter who was found dead in the charred remains of the house.

A discovery of Ryan's diary, which detailed her involvement with the drug trade, and the interrogation of her close acquaintance, were pivotal in uncovering the truth about Ryan's murder.

Throughout the episode, we see the struggles Longworth faces in his relationship with Callie; he is often carrying guilt from his past which has affected his ability to trust those he cares about. Although he is determined to solve the murder and bring justice to Ryan's family, his ultimate goal is to rekindle his relationship with Callie and show her that he is a changed man.
